What I Saw In School

I unexpectedly saw a canary lying dead on the grass. Now, people would think that it died naturally but i took a closer look and realized that there was a gunshot on the side. After awhile, i saw a crow swooping down towards the dead canary. And to my greatest horror, it started pecking at the dead canary's flesh and eating it. Oh God, that was truly a gruesome sight.
The next day, the Canary was gone and all that remained were bits and pieces of it's flesh, not to mention some of its beautiful, soft feathers. I picked up the feathers and brought it home in memory of the Canary, and up 'till now i still have it.
