Habitat
Found in open forest, woodland, swamps, and mangroves of Australia (northern Queensland and coastal Northern Territory), Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands.
Diet
Feeds on small fish, crustaceans, insect larvae and water-beetles.
