The lark-like brushrunner is a species of bird in the Furnariinae subfamily of the ovenbird family Furnariidae. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

Habitat
Inhabits open to semi-open landscapes including arid lowland scrublands, arid Gran Chaco woodlands, savanna, pastures with trees, and to a lesser extent agricultural fields.
