The dusky-faced tanager is a species of bird in the family Mitrospingidae. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Panama.

Habitat
Found along forest edges, gaps in forest, and along forest streams and swampy areas.
Diet
Eat fruits, though it also eats insects and seeds.
