The cinnamon-faced tyrannulet is the last of four species of genus Phylloscartes described in the late twentieth century.
Habitat
Inhabits intact humid montane evergreen forest at elevations between 650 and 1,550 m (2,100 and 5,100 ft) in Peru and perhaps lower in Bolivia.
Diet
Prey from leaves and twigs.
